Tendering and Co-ordinating the Project

​If you would like me to oversee all or part of the construction process I can draw up plans for bespoke items such as water features and pergolas. These are drawn in detail to include standards of workmanship, sourcing of materials and the consideration of legal issues. I can also draw up a layout plan so that highly accurate levels and measurements for the finished garden can be easily interpreted by the landscape contractor. This ensures that the garden is realised as it is designed.
I can handle the process of competitive tendering to ensure the appointment of the best landscape contractor for yourself and the job. I can also coordinate the construction work and soil preparation and planting throughout the process of construction, ensuring that the time constraints and budget are adhered to.
